This year Samsung Launched the Galaxy S6 Edge and now the upgraded version of S6 Edge is launched. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ is bigger and smarter version of S6 Edge android smartphone. Not so many changes in the new phone, or you can say a bigger version of S6 Edge android smartphone.
The new smartphone comes with a 5.7” Quad HD Super AMOLED 2560 x 1440 (518 ppi) display, Samsung Exynos 7420 octa-core at 2.1GHz processor, 4GB RAM (LPDDR4) and comes in two version 32GB and 64GB. The only change that you can found in this new upgraded version is big display size, 4GB RAM, and 3,000mAh battery, a rest of the specs are same.
This time the phone comes with the bigger 3,000mAh battery and recharge as fast as the one on the S6 Edge. The phone run on the latest version of Android 5.1 Lollipop and packed with some other useful features. It has the 16-megapixel rear cameras with f/1.9 aperture and optical image stabilisation, apart from 5-megapixel front-facing cameras. And packed with all the latest sensors like Accelerometer, Proximity, RGB Light, Geo-magnetic, Gyro, Fingerprint, Barometer, Hall, HRM.
The phones also feature NFC and MST, to power the Samsung Pay mobile payment technology. Other connectivity options include WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4/5GHz), MIMO, Bluetooth® v 4.2 LE, ANT+, USB 2.0, NFC, Location (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou).
Not only this, the company launched some new accessories for the phone too. Some of them are Clear Cover, Glossy Cover, S View Cover, BlackBerry-like Keyboard Covers.
